Refunds

Refunds are available within 24 hours only if the license has not been activated and the software has not been downloaded or used, except where required by law or where the software is faulty and cannot be resolved.

Digital delivery

At checkout, users must agree to immediate delivery of the digital product and understand that once download or activation begins, change-of-mind cancellation may no longer apply except where required by law.
